Graduate Showcase: Laura Edralin – A Calligraphy Artist, Happiness Facilitator and Certified Wellbeing Coach

Meet Laura Edralin – a calligraphy artist, happiness facilitator and certified wellbeing coach who is passionate about combining self-care with creativity.

Laura loves sharing ways to help people support their wellbeing and mental health using creativity and mindfulness. She helps you step away from the busyness of life by getting creative and dropping into a calming flow state  – with just a pen!

She discovered calligraphy in 2017 as a tool and creative outlet to support her mental wellbeing, and soon became fascinated with the psychological impact creativity can have as a mindfulness practice and personal development tool.

Laura has since become a certified wellbeing coach with Raw Horizons and is passionate about bringing together the coaching and creative tools and techniques she has learned (and continues to learn) to support and share with others through public workshops and in corporate programmes.

She is a true believer in the more we share, the more we learn, the more we grow – and find a sense of belonging.
