Week One
Core Principles & The Science of Presence
This week establishes the evidence-based foundation of your practice. You will explore the neuroscience of mindfulness, understanding how practices actively reshape the brain through neuroplasticity. You’ll build focused attention that remains steady under pressure and establish a foundational daily routine.
Week Two
The Art & Science of Breathwork
Go beyond basic deep breathing to understand the physiological mechanics of your nervous system. You will explore the Vagus Nerve connection, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and how specific breath ratios directly activate the parasympathetic nervous system to instantly regulate your state.
Week Three
Developing Present-Moment Awareness
This week develops your capacity for unshakeable mindful presence. By exploring the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, you will learn how to track multiple streams of experience simultaneously, allowing you to stay centred and responsive when working with complex or intense emotions.
Week Four
The Wisdom of the Body — Somatic Grounding
Reconnect with your embodied intelligence. You will explore interoception and somatic markers, learning the how the body processes emotions before the conscious mind. Discover how to read tension and intuitive signals to inform your professional decisions.

Working with Thoughts & Emotions
Learn highly effective psychological frameworks for navigating difficult internal dialogue. You will explore Cognitive Defusion techniques to create a healthy distance from automatic thinking patterns and the inner critic. You will learn how to observe reactive thoughts as temporary mental events rather than absolute truths, allowing you to meet challenging mind states with kindness and awareness rather than resistance.

Self-Compassion – Resilience Through Kindness
Understand the evidence-based research behind why self-kindness builds far more sustainable resilience than harsh discipline. You will learn the three pillars of self-compassion, how to rewire self-critical neural pathways, and build practices that actively prevent compassion fatigue and professional burnout.

Open Awareness & Professional Presence
Integrate your personal practice into your professional work. You will move from focused attention to Open Awareness, learning mindful communication techniques that transform relationships, build profound psychological safety, and elevate your sophisticated coaching presence.
Week Eight
Integration & Ethical Application
Design a sustainable, lifelong practice and understand the ethical boundaries of sharing this work. You will create a personalised three-tier practice framework, learn how to navigate your professional scope of practice, and safely introduce these profound tools into your client sessions.
