This week establishes the evidence-based foundation of your practice. You will explore the neuroscience of mindfulness, understanding how practices actively reshape the brain through neuroplasticity. You’ll build focused attention that remains steady under pressure and establish a foundational daily routine.

The Art & Science of Breathwork


Go beyond basic deep breathing to understand the physiological mechanics of your nervous system. You will explore the Vagus Nerve connectionHeart Rate Variability (HRV), and how specific breath ratios directly activate the parasympathetic nervous system to instantly regulate your state.

Week Three

Developing Present-Moment Awareness


This week develops your capacity for unshakeable mindful presence. By exploring the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, you will learn how to track multiple streams of experience simultaneously, allowing you to stay centred and responsive when working with complex or intense emotions.
