As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, Meditation & Breathwork Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of creating safe spaces where real change happens.

I’ve run over 400 retreats at my own centre, watched countless people discover their inner calm, and seen firsthand what it takes to build a practice that truly sticks.
