Hello, I’m Dr Claire Maguire…
I’m a Health & Wellbeing Coach with over 15 years of experience in the wellbeing field. Since founding Raw Horizons Academy in 2011, I’ve trained hundreds of coaches who now practice successfully across 12 countries. With a PhD in medical biochemistry and training as a Kundalini yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, and breathwork trainer, I bring both scientific rigour and holistic wisdom to my teaching.
But this sleep training comes from somewhere deeply personal.
While helping others sleep better for years, I never struggled with sleep myself. I took it for granted – until a combination of stress and menopause changed everything. Suddenly, good sleep felt like a distant memory. With a busy business to run and a family to care for, taking time off wasn’t an option. Learning to sleep well became my mission.
This training is the result of that personal journey combined with years of working with clients. It’s a comprehensive study of the art of sleeping well, grounded in real-life experience and a deep understanding of the challenges we all face in getting a good night’s rest.

Training Exists
I have worked with people for many years now and I cannot tell you how often everything circles back to sleep. We talk about stress, hormones, motivation, relationships… and underneath it all someone says, “I’m just so tired.”
